I offer a mix of Lifestyle Coaching, Lifestyle Support and Personal Training services and utilise a platform called ProCoach to support my clients. My services are flexible and can be customized to meet different goals, challenges and budget. I offer three levels of support:

LEVEL ONE

$25 per week

  • Initial Consultation
  • ProCoach Programme + personalised online support & feedback

LEVEL TWO

$40 - 100 per week
(+$150 establishment)

  • Initial Consultation
  • ProCoach Programme + personalised online support & feedback
  • Ad hoc contact / check – ins as wanted
  • In depth consultation and “getting started” Meeting to kick-start your journey
  • Personalised Lifestyle Coaching and/or Lifestyle Support to meet specific goals (as agreed)
  • Regular accountability and support check – ins (as agreed)
  • Additional Services as agreed (may be additional cost)

LEVEL THREE

From $100 per week
(+250 establishment)

  • Initial Consultation
  • ProCoach Programme + personalised online support & feedback
  • Ad hoc contact / check – ins as wanted
  • In depth consultation and “getting started” Meetings to kick-start your journey
  • Personalised Lifestyle Coaching and/or Lifestyle Support to meet specific goals (as agreed)
  • Regular accountability and support check – ins (as agreed)
  • Additional Services as agreed (may be additional cost)

Lifestyle Coaching:

Lifestyle Coaching is conversational, reflective and focuses on exploring challenges that are important to you through open questions (normally centred around shifting behaviours, mindset and self-belief). My coaching practice focuses on helping you identify specific areas that you would like to change or strengthen in your life. I will then help you to break these down into habit-based practices.

Lifestyle Support:

Lifestyle support involves practical guidance to help you build up knowledge and skills that support your lifestyle goals. This could include support around meal preparation, exercising at home, supermarket shopping, goal setting, time management and weekly planning.

Personal Training:

Personal Training involves specific and practical guidance, advice and support around exercise and movement to support your fitness goals / needs.

I am available for gym based Personal Training sessions at Les Mills Howick (Mon/Wed/Fri mornings & Mon/Wed afternoons evenings).

ProCoach:

Precision Nutrition’s ProCoach is a world – class, online nutrition coaching platform/programme. As part of the ProCoach experience you will receive daily habits to complete, reflection exercises and weight loss tips. It is an easy-to-use system that truly supports a holistic weight and wellbeing loss journey. It is also beneficial to anyone wanting to improve their understanding of nutrition and relationship with food. In addition to providing extensive support around Nutrition, you can also choose to receive (at no additional cost) a well-balanced exercise plan (for home or gym) which includes clear video demonstrations.
