My role and responsibilities to you:
My role as a Lifestyle Coach:
- My role and relationship with you during our coaching sessions will primarily be as a Coach drawing on my general business, professional and coaching expertise and experience.
- From time to time (if requested by you) I may provide more specific coaching, advice and guidance related to nutrition and exercise within the scope of my knowledge and competencies as a New Zealand REPS registered Exercise Professional and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach. Please note that I am not a licensed or registered medical professional or dietician.

Recommendations and Referral:
- If I feel that it would be beneficial to you I may suggest that you consider one of my alternative services (such as the In-Home Lifestyle Support package) instead of or in addition to Lifestyle Coaching.
- I intend to work with you within the scope of my knowledge and competencies as a Coach, Facilitator, New Zealand REPS Registered Exercise Professional and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. If I believe it is in your best interest to do so, I will refer you to see another health care professional.
Confidentiality:
- I will keep all information you share with me confidential. Any personal details and information you provide me will not be made available to anyone else unless you give me permission to do so. From time to time, broad information may be shared with other coaches as part of my ongoing training and development however you would remain anonymous and I would not disclose any of your personal details.
Your role and responsibilities to me:
- Please be as open and honest with me as you can. The more you are able to share and be vulnerable, the more you will be able to get out of our coaching sessions.
- If you are currently seeing another coach or health care professional (such as a counsellor or therapist) please let me know so that I can take this into consideration.
- By its nature, coaching can be confronting or cause a certain level of discomfort – from this comes new perspective and personal growth. That been said, I want you to have a positive coaching experience and if you are uncomfortable with a conversation, discussing a specific aspect of your life, or need to take a break please let me know.
- I encourage you to take a few notes during and/or after our coaching session(s) for your personal reference. These could include any insights or commitments you have made to yourself.
- My coaching approach will help you identify specific areas that you would like to change or focus on and break these down into habit-based practices. It is your choice and responsibility as to what changes you implement.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you work with your health care provider when making changes to your lifestyle. If you have any concerns or hesitations around making specific changes please seek clearance from your doctor.
- You are welcome to reach out to me between coaching sessions to share updates or ask quick questions and I absolutely encourage you to share progress you have made with me (or challenges you are facing).
- Please let me know at any time if you would like to modify the direction of our coaching session(s) or if you think there is anything I can do to more effectively work with you as your coach. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever please do let me know as soon as possible.
Logistics:
Duration:
- With 3.5 hours included in total, the Lifestyle coaching package is typically structured as:
- 1 x 90 min session
- 2 x 60 min sessions
- The length of each session can be varied with mutual agreement.
- The sessions are to be undertaken within a period of six months.
Location:
- Coaching sessions are typically carried out online using Zoom (I will send you a link) or another online tool or by phone if agreed.
- If you live in the East Auckland region and/or by mutual agreement, we may meet face to face:
- at your home
- in a quiet space / quiet café
Payment:
- Payment of NZD $350 is due before we commence our first coaching session. The following payment options are available:
- Pay via Zenergene’s website (credit card / bank card)
- By bank transfer. Please transfer to: 02-1256-0104190-000 using your name as a reference.
Rescheduling or Cancellation:
- From time to time, we may need to reschedule a session. I understand that life doesn’t always go to plan!
- Please provide as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours)

- I will do my best to reschedule our session to the next suitable time
- If you cancel the session within 24 hours you will not be able to reschedule this session to a later date unless agreed otherwise.
- If you cancel the whole package after enrolment or do not use all sessions in the package you will not be eligible for a refund.
