3 x lifestyle coaching sessions on a specific challenge determined by you (e.g. wellbeing, weight loss, healthy diet, work/life balance, stress, mindset, time management, values misalignment, personal and career development or transitions).
The lifestyle coaching package can be tailored to those who are wanting short term coaching (e.g. a one off package) and to those who are wanting longer term / ongoing coaching. With 3.5 hours in total, the Lifestyle coaching package is typically structured as:
- 1 x 90 min session
- 2 x 60 min sessions
However, you also opt for shorter and more frequent sessions.
Coaching is a highly collaborative process, centred on asking open questions to explore topics that are important to you. My coaching practice focuses on helping you identify specific areas that you would like to change or strengthen in your life. I will then help you to break these down into habit-based practices.
Location: Coaching sessions are either held online (using Zoom) or can be held face to face (café or your home) in East/Central Auckland by arrangement.
