Agreement
My role and responsibilities to you:
My role as a Lifestyle Coach:
- My role and relationship with you during the Slow Burn Programme will primarily be as a Coach and Facilitator, drawing on my general business and professional expertise and experience. I will also provide general coaching, advice and guidance related to nutrition and exercise within the scope of my knowledge and competencies as a New Zealand REPS registered Exercise Professional and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach. Please note that I am not a licensed or registered medical professional or dietician.
- The weekend workshop will be highly interactive and I will encourage people to share their perspectives and experiences as this enables a rich learning environment. However, I am not responsible for the opinions shared by individuals during this workshop or during the programme more broadly (e.g. comments made on social media).
- Zenergene’s values are at the heart of my approach to supporting you:

Recommendations and Referral:
- If I feel that it would be beneficial to you I may suggest that you consider one of my alternative services instead of or in additional to The Slow Burn Weight Loss Programme.
- I intend to work with you within the scope of my knowledge and competencies as a Coach, Facilitator, New Zealand REPS Registered Exercise Professional and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. If I believe it is in your best interest to do so, I will refer you to see another health care professional. I also encourage you to proactively seek any additional support you may need and to keep me informed of this.
Confidentiality:
- I will keep all information you share with me confidential. Any personal details and information you provide me will not be made available to anyone else unless you give me permission to do so. From time to time, broad information may be shared with other coaches as part of my ongoing training and development however you would remain anonymous and I would not disclose any of your personal details.
- The weekend workshop component of this programme will be highly interactive and discussion based, and I will encourage participants to share their perspectives and experiences. I will ask that everything discussed within the workshop remains confidential to the group however I cannot guarantee this.
Services included:
As part of The Slow Burn Programme, I will provide you with the following services:
- Up to five ‘check-in’ conversations before and / or after the weekend workshop. The purpose of these conversations is to clarify any questions you may have, check-in on progress, provide support / encouragement and provide some immediate coaching and guidance as appropriate. These conversations would typically last between 15 – 30 minutes (as a guide) though could be shorter or longer from time to time. These conversations would normally take place online (via Zoom, Facetime etc.) or could take place via another format if mutually agreed. The timing of these sessions is to be mutually agreed but should occur within 12 months of your initial enrolment.
- Two focused Coaching sessions to deep dive into particular areas of focus as chosen by you. These sessions would typically last between 45 – 60 minutes though could be shorter or longer from time to time. These conversations would normally take place online (via Zoom, Facetime etc.). The timing of these sessions is to be mutually agreed but should occur within 12 months of your initial enrolment.
- Weekend workshop: Saturday and Sunday, 8.45am – 5.00pm (or as advertised) on the specific weekend date that you have selected. This workshop is held in Auckland.
- You will have access to ProCoach for up to 12 months. I will review your responses and progress in ProCoach and will provide you with feedback on an intermittent basis.
- It is my hope that you find the programme to be a valuable and enjoyable experience and I will do my best to support you to reach your personal goals. From time to time I may provide you with support and services that are additional to those outlined above, however I remain under no obligation to do so.
As part of The Slow Burn Programme "Weekend Workshop Only" option, I will provide you with the following services:
- Weekend workshop: Saturday and Sunday, 8.45am – 5.00pm (or as advertised) on the specific weekend date that you have selected. This workshop is held in Auckland.
- You will have access to ProCoach for up to 3 months. I will review your responses and progress in ProCoach and will provide you with feedback on an intermittent basis.
- It is my hope that you find the programme to be a valuable and enjoyable experience and I will do my best to support you to reach your personal goals. From time to time I may provide you with support and services that are additional to those outlined above, however I remain under no obligation to do so.
Your role and responsibilities to me:
- Please be as open and honest with me as you can. The more you are able to share with me the more I will be able to help you reach your personal goals.
- Please let me know at any time if you would like to modify the direction of Coaching session(s) and check-in conversations or if you think there is anything I can do to more effectively work with you as your coach. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever please do let me know as soon as possible.
- My coaching approach will help you identify specific areas that you would like to change or focus on and break these down into habit-based practices. It is your choice and responsibility as to what changes you implement.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you work with your health care provider when making changes to your lifestyle. If you have any concerns or hesitations around making specific changes please seek clearance from your doctor.
- Please note that if we undertake any exercise related activity together you are agreeing to accept potential risk. For most people exercise is positive experience and supports their health goals, however there is some inherent risk. In signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you are aware of this risk and are proving your informed consent.
- You are welcome to reach out to me between sessions to share updates or ask quick questions and I absolutely encourage you to share progress you have made with me (or challenges you are facing).
Logistics:
Cancellation by me / Zenergene Ltd:
- Unforeseen circumstances may arise which result in the weekend workshop date that you have enrolled in being postponed or cancelled. If this happens you will be offered the option to either:
- be enrolled into the next available workshop date (and continue to receive pre-workshop coaching and support).
- Receive credit (to the sum of funds paid by you) to be used on other Zenergene Services.
- Receive a full refund of funds you have paid.
Cancellation by you:
- If you need to cancel (or postpone) your enrolment in this programme please contact me as soon as possible. Please note that once you are enrolled, your deposit of $500 is nonrefundable.
- If you cancel within 21 days of the workshop, all funds paid (i.e. full purchase price) will be nonrefundable. Based on spaces/availability and your reasons for cancellation (i.e. considering unforeseen circumstances) it may be possible for you to transfer to a future workshop date at the discretion of Zenergene Limited.
- If you cancel prior to 21 days before the workshop you will be offered the option to:
- be enrolled into the next available workshop date (and continue to receive pre-workshop coaching and support).
- Receive credit (to the sum of funds paid by you excluding a deposit of $500) to be used on other Zenergene Services.
- Receive a full refund of funds you have paid, excluding a deposit of $500
Payment:
- Full payment is due at least 21 days prior to the weekend workshop. All prices are in NZD and are inclusive of G.S.T.
- The Slow Burn Programme is priced as follows:
- $1200
- There is an option to pay a deposit is paid of $500 (non - refundable) and pay the remaining $700 at least 21 days prior to the weekend workshop.
- $1200
- The Slow Burn Programme - "Weekend Only Option" is priced as follows:
- $550
- The following payment options are available:
- Pay via Zenergene’s website (credit card / bank card)
- By bank transfer. Please transfer to: 02-1256-0104190-000 using your name as a reference.
- You are paying Zenergene Ltd for the Services outlined in this agreement. I, (Jade Osborne) of Zenergene Limited, will deliver these services to the best of my ability. In the event that you don’t use the services, you will still be responsible for payment of the full programme unless otherwise agreed or outlined in the cancelation policy. You agree to make all payments by the due date as outlined above (which you will be reminded of). Late or unpaid payments could result in referral to a collection agency and any costs related to collection and recovery would be payable by you. This would only take place after reasonable attempts have been made to contact and/or resolve a payment situation with you.
